松本のダイナー「The Source Diner」とのコラボレーションビールです。
ピルスナーモルトを主体にオーツと小麦、そしてSimcoeのシングルホップで仕上げました。2nd バッチとなる今回は春のリリースということで、ほのかに霞んだ色合いとともに優しい口当たり、軽やかなホップの香りが気分を盛り上げてくれます。
色んな食事とも相性が良く、デイリーに楽しんで欲しいビールです。

Our second batch of a collaboration beer with Matsumoto’s great Source Diner, is smooth from oats and finished with lots of Simcoe hops. It is a little hazy and with a light hoppy aroma and is designed to be drunk daily.
