ビールはどこで買えますか？ / Where can I buy your beer?
このサイトのオンラインストアから全国へ発送しています。白馬村の醸造所でも、営業時間内であれば缶と瓶を直接お売りしています。長野県内のスーパーや、全国の飲食店・酒販店でもお取り扱いいただいています。
You can order from this website for delivery anywhere in Japan, or buy cans and bottles at the brewery in Hakuba during working hours.
ブルワリー見学はできますか？ / Can I tour the brewery?
申し訳ありませんが、見学と試飲は行っておりません。小さな醸造所のため、ご案内できる体制がありません。ビールの直接販売は営業時間内に承っています。
We do not offer brewery tours or tastings — we are a small operation. You are very welcome to call in and buy beer during working hours.
送料はいくらですか？ / How much is delivery?
送料は配送先の地域とご注文の数（箱のサイズ）によって変わり、お会計画面で確定します。
Delivery is charged by region and by the size of the box, and is shown at checkout.
何日くらいで届きますか？ / How long does delivery take?
発送は毎週火曜日と金曜日です（祝日の場合はお休みです）。ご注文後、次の発送日に出荷します。
We dispatch every Tuesday and Friday, except public holidays. Your order goes out on the next dispatch day.
ビールは冷蔵で届きますか？ / Is the beer shipped chilled?
はい。無濾過のビールですので、すべてクール便（冷蔵）でお届けします。
Yes. Our beer is unfiltered, so every order travels by chilled delivery.
無濾過とはどういう意味ですか？ / What does unfiltered mean?
濾過の工程を行わないという意味です。酵母や細かな成分がそのまま残るため、香りと旨みが豊かになります。少し濁って見えたり、瓶の底に澱が沈むことがありますが、品質に問題はありません。
It means we skip the filtration stage, so the yeast and the flavour it carries stay in the beer. It can look slightly hazy, and a little sediment in the bottle is normal.
賞味期限はどのくらいですか？ / How long does it keep?
冷蔵庫で保管していただければ、1年間おいしくお飲みいただけます。無濾過のビールですので、必ず冷蔵で保管してください。
ホップの効いたビールは、ホップの香りがいちばん生きている、新鮮なうちにお楽しみいただくのがおすすめです。黒ビールなどの色の濃いビールやホップの控えめなビールは、1〜2か月ほど置くとさらに味わいが深まることもあり、1年間しっかりおいしさを保ちます。
Kept in the fridge, it is good for a year. It is unfiltered, so please always keep it refrigerated.
Hoppy beers are best enjoyed fresh and young, while the hop flavours are at their brightest. Darker and less hoppy beers may improve after a month or two, and keep well for the full year.
ギフトとして送れますか？ / Can I send it as a gift?
のしやギフト包装は承っておりませんが、ハクバブルーイングカンパニーのオリジナルボックスに入れてお届けします。そのまま贈り物としてお使いいただけます。
We don't offer gift wrapping or noshi, but every order comes packed in our own branded box, ready to give.

飲食店さま向けに樽でのご提供も行っています。卸窓口までお問い合わせください。
Yes, we supply kegs to bars and restaurants. Please contact our trade team.
どこで醸造していますか？ / Where is the beer brewed?
すべて長野県北安曇郡白馬村の自社醸造所で仕込んでいます。仕込み水は北アルプスの雪解け水です。
Everything is brewed at our own brewery in Hakuba Village, Nagano, using snowmelt from the Northern Japanese Alps.
海外へ発送できますか？ / Do you ship overseas?
個人のお客さまへの直接の海外発送は行っておりません。輸出は提携する輸出業者を通じて限定的に行っています。
We don't ship overseas to individual customers. A small amount of our beer is exported through a partner exporter.
