そのお祝いに、自分たちがずっと夢見ていた“理想のウエストコーストIPA”をつくりました。西海岸スタイルらしい、しっかりとした苦味、そして松のようなアロマと 深いダンク感があふれる一本。
なめらかでドライな飲み口のこのIPAは、Centennial・Chinook・Simcoe の3種でトリプルドライホップ。 香りのレイヤーが幾重にも広がり、思わず笑顔になる仕上がりです。

We have now been brewing for ten years and so Happy 10th Birthday to us!
We love West Coast IPAs and so our birthday present to ourselves is our dream beer: very bitter and over-flowing with piney and dank hops.
This smooth, and dry West Coast IPA is triple dry hopped with Centennial, Chinook and Simcoe hops and we LOVE it.
